The Philadelphia Eagles have waived defensive tackle Anthony Rush as the club makes room for the addition of former Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick. Scandrick spent last season with the Kansas City Chiefs where he started seven games and tallied 44 tackles (38 solos), 13 passes defended, with one interception.

the Scandrick signing comes after NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Cre’Von LeBlanc will be sidelined for “the next several weeks” while he deals with a foot sprain that won’t require surgery.
